Living proof that recovery is real and that it benefits individuals, their families and communities across the country. Community events are held for Recovery Month and provide a setting to celebrate the successes of people who are in recovery. Recovery is possible! Washington Drug and Alcohol Commission will sponsor the 2015 Recovery Walk on September 25th. Please see the flyer on this page for all the details.
Later this month WDAC will take part in a Recovery Advocacy Day in Harrisburg at the State Capital as part of a statewide effort and will meeting with our local legislators as well as other legislators who have proven themselves as champions for the cause of overdose prevention and drug and alcohol funding.
