10:00 – 2:00
The U.S. Department of Justice is sponsoring a National Take Back Initiative. This program serves two purposes. First, it provides the public an environmentally safe way to dispose of medications. Second, it helps to reduce the abuse of prescription medications, which is one of the fastest growing areas of drug abuse in the United States.
In the past, to make this program as convenient as possible, residents were able to drop off at one of the following Washington County sites. These sites will be updated October 2nd with the most up to date locations for this collection date. Please check back or visit the DEA website after October 1st.
