Drug and Alcohol Certified Recovery Specialist (CRS) – responsible for providing peer support and guidance to adults struggling with substance use disorder (SUD) issues. The Certified Recovery Specialist will assess client resources and needs, develop individual recovery plans, facilitate linkage to treatment and recovery resources, and provide education and support in all stages of the recovery process.
MUST HAVE A H.S. DIPLOMA/GED AND A VALID PA LICENSE, VEHICLE, AND INSURANCE! The CRS will remove barriers to continuing treatment, engage in warm hand-offs from high acuity settings and engage individuals in a chosen pathway to recovery.
Must have PCB CRS credential.
